Nicholas Martino
Mr. Martino opened the Martino Law Offices in 2008. Prior to that, he served as an Associate with the Law Offices of L. Lee Lockett, and represented the State of Florida as an Assistant State Attorney. During his time as a prosecutor he
learned the inner workings of the criminal justice system, including how to
identify potential legal and factual problems in a case. Since
transitioning into defense work, he has been able to take that experience
and use it to successfully defend his clients in case ranging from civil
traffic tickets to life felonies. His resume also includes time as a Congressional Aide for Ander Crenshaw, Law Clerk, and Moot Court Coach.
Mr Martino graduated from the University of North Florida, then earned his Juris Doctor from the Florida Coastal School of Law. His law school honors include:
